- 2 cups apple pie filling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Mix together softened butter, egg, and milk in another bowl until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and press each ball into the greased muffin tin molds to form a cup shape.
- Fill each dough cup with apple pie filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
