Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into oven-safe bowls or a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mixture is set and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
