- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel crunch or toffee bits for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a lined baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat together cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in the mashed bananas until well combined.
- Spread the banana cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with caramel crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweeter flavor. Avoid overmixing the cheesecake mixture.
