- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate sauce
- Chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased taco shell mold or a muffin tin to create taco shapes.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownie shells to cool completely before removing them from the mold.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
- Fill each brownie shell with the peanut butter mixture.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, and top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Don’t overmix the brownie batter and ensure the shells cool completely before filling to prevent sogginess.
