Description
Indulgent Buster Bars with layers of cookies, ice cream, fudge, and chocolate, packed with flavor in every bite.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Crushed shortbread cookies or graham crackers
- 4 cups Ice cream (any flavor)
- 1 cup Fudge sauce
- 1 cup Red skinned peanuts (chopped)
- 1 cup Chocolate coating (melted)
Instructions
- Prepare the baking dish by lining an 8×8 inch square dish with parchment paper.
- Combine the crushed cookies or graham crackers with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the lined dish to form the base layer.
- Scoop the ice cream onto the cookie base and spread it out smoothly.
- Drizzle the fudge sauce over the ice cream layer evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top and press them in gently.
- Place the dish in the freezer for 60 minutes to firm up the layers.
- Remove the dish and melt the chocolate coating in the microwave or on the stove.
- Drizzle or spread the melted chocolate over the top of the layered bars.
- Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For variations, you can use caramel sauce instead of fudge, or switch up the ice cream flavors.
