- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold and seal the edges around the filling to form a ball.
- Arrange the bombs seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley; brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Be cautious not to overfill the biscuits to prevent bursting during baking.
