Description

Cheesy Beef Bombs are savory treats that feature a delicious mixture of ground beef and gooey cheese wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect as a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold and seal the edges around the filling to form a ball.
  7. Arrange the bombs seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley; brush over the tops of the bombs.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Be cautious not to overfill the biscuits to prevent bursting during baking.
