Description
Delicious twist on the classic Philly cheese steak sandwich, packed into crispy quesadillas.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked steak to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir until heated through.
- Place one tortilla in a separate skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese onto one half of the tortilla.
- Top with the steak and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Enjoy with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for added flavor.
