Description

Cherry Cobbler Muffins are fluffy muffins filled with juicy cherries and topped with buttery crumb topping. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup oil

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups cherries

Topping: 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Mix dry ingredients.

3. Whisk wet ingredients.

4. Combine and fold in cherries.

5. Divide into muffin cups.

6. Make crumb topping and sprinkle.

7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

8. Cool and serve.

Notes

Toss frozen cherries in flour to prevent sinking.

Substitute other fruits like blueberries.

Freeze up to 2 months.
