Description

Ingredients

  • Chocolate (for the dome)
  • Heavy cream
  • Confectioners’ sugar
  • Vanilla extract

  • Hot chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, and coat silicone dome molds. Allow to harden in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl, gradually adding confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Fill the hardened chocolate domes with the whipped cream mixture.
  4. Freeze the filled domes for at least 60 minutes to set the whipped cream.
  5. Serve the chocolate dome by lightly heating the exterior to crack it open, drizzling with hot chocolate syrup, and dusting with cocoa powder.
