- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
- Combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the batter into the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and a few more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey texture!
