Description

A delightful twist on a classic breakfast, this casserole combines rich chocolate flavor with gooey marshmallows for a warm and satisfying dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
  2. Combine pancake mix, milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir until just combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows over the batter.
  5. Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and a few more chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey texture!
