Description

Deliciously creamy cheesecake bars with a crunchy chocolate cookie crust and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and pressing into a greased baking dish.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the crust and scatter chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set with a slight wobble in the center.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
