- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and pressing into a greased baking dish.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine the cream cheese mixture with the crust and scatter chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set with a slight wobble in the center.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
