Description

A delightful bread swirled with creamy vanilla and crunchy Oreo pieces, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vanilla cream (or whipped cream)
  • 1 cup Oreo cookie pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the vanilla cream evenly, and sprinkle the Oreo pieces on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing.
