- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla cream (or whipped cream)
- 1 cup Oreo cookie pieces
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the vanilla cream evenly, and sprinkle the Oreo pieces on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
