Crack Chicken Casserole—creamy chicken, bacon, ranch, and cheese baked with pasta into a family-style comfort dish.
Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
12 oz pasta
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch, and broth until smooth.
3. Combine pasta, chicken, sauce, half cheddar, and half bacon.
4. Spread in greased 9×13 dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until bubbly.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Use cauliflower rice for low-carb version.
