Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchini into fry-shaped pieces, aiming for uniform sizes.
- Combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat the zucchini pieces lightly with olive oil.
- Dip the coated zucchini into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place the zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
