Description
Golden crispy tofu bites tossed in garlic butter sauce. A plant-based dish perfect as snack, side, or main.
Ingredients
14 oz firm tofu
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Press tofu 15 minutes; cut into cubes.
2. Toss with cornstarch, salt, pepper.
3. Heat oil, cook tofu until golden on all sides.
4. Melt butter with garlic, soy sauce, chili flakes.
5. Pour garlic butter over tofu, toss to coat.
6. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use extra-firm tofu for best crisp.
Reheat in air fryer or skillet to keep crunchy.
Try with dipping sauces for variety.
