Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth, then sprinkle the garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken on low for 6-8 hours, or until cooked through and tender.
- Add the fresh broccoli florets to the crockpot about 30 minutes before serving.
- Mix in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm once everything is combined and the cheese is melted.
