Description

Delicious cookies made with oatmeal, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 & 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Incorporate the flour, oats, and baking soda until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.
  6. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until lightly golden.

Notes

Be sure to measure the flour accurately and don’t overmix the dough to avoid tough cookies.
