Delicious cookies made with oatmeal, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.

- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 & 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Incorporate the flour, oats, and baking soda until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.
- Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Notes
Be sure to measure the flour accurately and don’t overmix the dough to avoid tough cookies.
