Description
No-bake coconut cream bars with graham cracker crust, creamy coconut filling, and chocolate topping.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp cream
Instructions
1. Mix crumbs and butter; press into pan.
2. Mix coconut, condensed milk, vanilla; spread on crust.
3. Melt chocolate with cream; spread over filling.
4. Chill 2 hours until set.
5. Slice into bars.
Notes
Use parchment for easy lifting.
Freeze bars up to 2 months.
Swap dark or white chocolate for variation.
