- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a small amount of the cheesecake mixture into the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a triangle, sealing the edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve with ice cream, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream for added indulgence. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
