Description

Delicious stuffed wonton bites filled with creamy strawberry cheesecake, deep-fried to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  3. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a small amount of the cheesecake mixture into the center.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to create a triangle, sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
