Description

A simple and delightful treat that combines layers of creaminess and fresh fruit flavors, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth in another bowl. Fold in whipped topping and spread half of the mixture over the crust.
  3. Layer half of the strawberries and blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions using 3 cups of milk. Pour over the berry layer.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the pudding layer.
  6. Add the remaining strawberries and blueberries on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or a hot beverage to balance the sweetness. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
