- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth in another bowl. Fold in whipped topping and spread half of the mixture over the crust.
- Layer half of the strawberries and blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions using 3 cups of milk. Pour over the berry layer.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the pudding layer.
- Add the remaining strawberries and blueberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or a hot beverage to balance the sweetness. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
