Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and stir until well combined.
  4. Mix in the cooked penne pasta and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the pasta is coated and the cheese is melted.
