- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the cooked penne pasta and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the pasta is coated and the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
