Description

A decadent bread that combines the rich taste of brownies with gooey hot fudge sauce, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter.
  8. Add the remaining brownie batter and top with the remaining hot fudge sauce.
  9. Swirl the fudge into the batter gently using a knife.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm for maximum fudginess.
