Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered erythritol

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 box yellow cake mix (sugar-free optional)

½ cup melted butter

1 cup milk


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9 baking dish.

2. Slice strawberries. Macerate with erythritol if needed.

3. Beat cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Whisk cake mix, melted butter, and milk into batter.

5. Layer: half batter, half strawberries, cheesecake dollops, remaining batter, remaining strawberries.

6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set.

7. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
