Description
A quick and easy frozen dessert made with mixed berries and a creamy whipped topping, coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries and blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the berry puree into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan, spreading evenly.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Remove the frozen dessert from the pan and cut into bars.
- Dip each bar into the melted chocolate and place on a tray until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the whipped cream and ensure the bars are frozen solid before dipping in chocolate.
