Description

A delightful dish featuring grilled chicken marinated in lime, soy sauce, and honey, paired with grilled bell peppers and cilantro.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Add sliced red bell peppers to the grill in the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken topped with fresh cilantro and grilled bell peppers.

Notes

Allowing the chicken to marinate infuses it with flavor and helps keep it moist. Don’t skip this step!
