Description

Delicious grilled chicken skewers marinated in a savory blend of soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, cover, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

To avoid sticking, lightly oil the grill grates before cooking. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
