Description

Enjoy the taste of the tropics with these Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs made from tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and colorful vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, and minced garlic in a bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Place the chicken into the marinade and coat well.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Chop the bell peppers into chunks similar in size to the chicken.
  6. Prepare the pineapple chunks if they aren’t pre-cut.
  7. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and pineapple onto the skewers.
  8. Preheat your grill and brush it with olive oil.
  9. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  10. Serve the kebabs hot and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
