- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Skewers
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, and minced garlic in a bowl to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
- Place the chicken into the marinade and coat well.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Chop the bell peppers into chunks similar in size to the chicken.
- Prepare the pineapple chunks if they aren’t pre-cut.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and pineapple onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill and brush it with olive oil.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve the kebabs hot and enjoy!

Make sure to soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
