Description

Hot fudge brownie bread is a moist, rich loaf that combines brownie texture with cake softness. Sugar-free option included.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 eggs

½ cup melted butter

1 cup erythritol

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sugar-free hot fudge sauce

Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, ½ cup walnuts


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan.

2. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, beat eggs, butter, erythritol, and vanilla.

4. Stir in hot fudge sauce until smooth.

5. Fold dry mixture into wet, mix gently.

6. Stir in chips or nuts if using.

7. Spread in loaf pan, bake 35–45 minutes.

8. Cool 10 minutes, drizzle with fudge, slice, and serve.

Notes

For fudgier bread, add extra fudge or chocolate chips.

Store 3 days at room temp or 1 week refrigerated.
