- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- Cooking spray or melted butter, for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto each Ritz cracker and flatten it slightly.
- Place the assembled crackers on the greased baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and crackers are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor. Great with dips, fresh veggies, or a light salad.
