Savory, cheesy, sugar-free garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs perfect for snacking or meal prepping. Easy, golden, and totally addictive.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sugar-free Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube sugar-free biscuit dough (or almond flour dough)
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Brown beef in skillet, breaking it up. Drain fat.
3. Season with spices and Worcestershire. Stir in cheese.
4. Flatten each biscuit and add 2 tbsp filling.
5. Seal into balls and place seam-side down on pan.
6. Mix garlic with butter. Brush over bombs.
7. Top with Parmesan. Bake 12–15 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use turkey for leaner option.
Freeze before or after baking.
Serve with sugar-free dipping sauces.
