- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
