Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve in tortillas with desired toppings.
