Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and shredded coconut, if using.
- Add the salted caramel sauce and mix until everything is well coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking pan evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
