- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 package (14 oz) graham crackers
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
- Take a rectangular dish and layer with graham crackers.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
