Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Layer half of the cake cubes in a trifle dish or individual cups, followed by half of the cheesecake mixture, and half of the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with additional strawberries and graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
