Description

Tiramisu Cookie Cups are handheld desserts with sugar cookie bases, espresso-soaked layers, and creamy mascarpone filling topped with cocoa.


Ingredients

Scale

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Optional: grated chocolate


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease muffin tin.

2. Slice cookie dough; press into 12 cups.

3. Bake 10–12 minutes; cool.

4. Whip mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.

5. Brush cooled cups with espresso.

6. Fill with cream.

7. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish.

8. Chill before serving.

Notes

Use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free option.

Bake cookie cups ahead; fill before serving.

Swap mascarpone with cream cheese if needed.
